祭りは二日間に渡って開催され、氏子地域への巡行と3社合同の渡御パレードが行われます。規模の大きさから多くの見物客が集結し、瑞穂町は活気に満ち溢れます。さて八雲神社の神輿は三尺六寸、石畑須賀神社の神輿は二尺六寸、殿ヶ谷須賀神社の神輿は三尺七寸の大きさですね。特に八雲神社の神輿は胴周辺の装飾が多い勾欄造ですから、絢爛豪華な印象を覚えさせます。3社合同渡御は祭りではあまり見られないため、瑞穂天王祭はそれぞれ自慢の神輿を観賞する絶好の機会でもあるでしょう。

さらには箱根ヶ崎、石畑、殿ヶ谷の山車も登場するのですが、弓張り提灯や腰板の装飾など各町で特色が見られて祭りに華を添えます。それから伸びやかな掛け声を発する子供らによる子供神輿、麗らかな音色を上品に奏でるお囃子と手古舞なども一緒に参加し、毎年勝絶なお祭りとなります。青梅街道を封鎖しての渡御ですので、小さいお子さん連れの方でも参加しやすいでしょう。
